By accessing or using errata.uk (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Kyran Shao / Errata, a pre-launch project ("Errata," "we," "us").

2. About the Site

Errata is a pre-launch brand. The Site is currently informational and offers a waitlist. No products are for sale through the Site at this time, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to supply any product at any price.

3. The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you consent to receive email from us about Errata's launch and related updates. Joining does not guarantee availability, pricing, or priority, and we may change or discontinue the waitlist at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Not medical or health advice

Errata describes a desk-side movement and posture practice. All content on the Site is general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Errata makes no medical claims. Always consult a suitable professional before changing how you move, especially if you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition. You use any information or practice from the Site at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Errata name, wordmark, logo, text, copy, illustrations, photographs, and design — are owned by Kyran Shao / Errata, a pre-launch project or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping or harvesting personal data, and no unlawful use.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, our hosting provider and font provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Errata and Kyran Shao / Errata, a pre-launch project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

Errata is a pre-launch project, and the governing law and venue for these Terms have not yet been finalised. We will state them here before any product is sold. In the meantime, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.
